New Balloon: After the safe arrival of our new 12 passenger balloon from the UK earlier this year, it had to follow the rigorous process of being approved for licensing by the SA Civil Aviation Association. Herewith some pictures of it's inaugural flight, alongside it's 8 passenger sister balloon. Both balloons are in daily operation, together with our smaller 2 passenger balloon for those "special occasion" flights.

Afternoon Flights: During the months of June and July, over the Soccer World Cup period, we will be offering group flights on our Classic Flight itinerary in the afternoon. The cooler winter months can provide some ideal weather conditions that are not available during the warmer summer months. Flights will be offered in the late afternoons towards sunset. Guests will be welcomed with refreshments before drifting gently away over the Cradle of Humankind or Magaliesberg. The traditional serving of Champagne and Orange Juice will celebrate the safe return back to terra firma, and to round off this special experience, a seven course meal will await guests at Roots Restaurant.
